Long interview process, consisting of phone interview, skills assessment, and on site interview. The phone interview with a current project manager was odd - she kept saying she "isn't a morning person" even though it was 9:30 am and acted extremely disinterested in what I had to say.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Jan 2018
Interview
Brief phone interview, assessment test, then all day interview. I never heard back after the assessment test. If you do not have a computer science background, the test will be incredibly difficult. Epic weighs your performance very high, so prep as much as possible. Don't get discouraged if you can't understand what's happening. Overall, there is no way you can study for this test but brush up on on basic computer programming language.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Chicago, IL) in May 2018
Interview
I applied online and immediately heard back from their HR department where they asked me to fill out the times I was available for a phone screening. Very organized. The Phone screening was a casual conversation with a current project manager at Epic. He allowed the conversation to flow easily and explained well what the project manager position entails.
The next step was the rembrandt skills test and the 3-hour skills assessment which was quite difficult and consisted of 3 parts: Comp-sci, reading comprehension, and an administrative/analytical test.
