First, I received an email to schedule a phone call with a recruiter and shortly after that, received an email to take a couple of assessments from the company, which took about 3 hours to complete. From what I've read, they typically hire/move candidates forward in the process based on their assessment results. I feel like I wasted my time taking those assessments and then talking to a hiring manager, only to get rejected shortly thereafter.
Interview Process is quick with a phone interview, online test, and in-person interview. The in-person interview included a tour of the campus, a project simulation, a presentation, and several conversations.
Long interview process but relatively straight foward. Questions were not too difficult. There were 4 rounds of interview including an on-site visit. No remote option and must relocate to Wisconsin.
