Interview
Originally interviewed for another position but was contacted to do an interview for project manager position. On site interview was easy and fun. Everyone involved was nice and it was very well structured. I was very honest in my interview as public speaking is not my favorite thing to do, I began to realize that the job of project manager may not have been a good fit. Despite the fact I did well on my presentation and got good remarks from those I presented to, I think that I may have hurt my chances by letting them know that public speaking was not my strongest skill in the interview. Anyways, I had a great time and would recommend to anyone.

Interview
You start with a 45 minute overview of the company. Then they go over the role you are applying for. After that you do a case study and an interview. You go to lunch on campus and do a tour of the facility. If they asked you to interview for two jobs then you do another overview and case study and then finally an interview with the HR rep.

I was contacted via LinkedIn and met with a recruiter at my school. I took an assessment exam and then had a phone interview. Overall this process was not horrible, but the skills assessment took awhile to finish.
