I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Oct 2010
Interview
The interview process at Epic was very straightforward. I was informed of how the process would unfold and it never deviated from that path. I was contacted by an HR rep after they had received my application to schedule a 20 minute phone interview. Then I was required to take a three hour skills test. The final step was an onsite interview in Verona, Wisconsin. It was very systematized. Epic clearly wants as many candidates to choose from as possible.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Apr 2009
Interview
The interview process was straight forward and well executed. After a short phone interview and personality test, I took some written assessments. After those were scored, I was invited on site to an interview, which lasted an entire day. They tell you everything you need to know so just pay attention and plan accordingly. Even if I didn't get an offer, I would still have considered the interview a positive experience because you get better at interviewing every time you do one.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Nov 2010
Interview
Got an email from a recruiter asking me to apply, so I did. Sent in my resume and cover letter. Next I took a personality test and got an email back asking to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty standard about grades and work experience and the interviewer was friendly. Am going to on-site interview soon.
