Interview

One question they asked was "Why did you want to major in Public Health?"

Interview
Phone screen and then flew out for an all-day onsite visit. They used a personality test to fit you to a role. This approach is known to be bad practice because personality tests measure preferences, not capabilities. At the end of a day full of interviews, a technical coding test was taken on the computer. I am not a coder, so this did not seem appropriate. The campus was cool, but I feel I was interviewing for the wrong job. I initially applied for the Technical Services / Problem Solver position, but they switched me to a Project Manager position for the interview.
