Currently still in the interview process but I love it so far! They are upfront with you about the work/life balance struggle but is manageable over time. I’m excited to see where this company will go.
There was a skill test and then a very casual phone interview. I talked with a current project manger and she answered all my questions. The phone call was about 30 minutes and very informative.

The interview process is in 3 phases. The first consists of a phone interview, which was an easy process and the interviewer was friendly. After, if you move to the next phase it is a sort of online aptitude test. It isn't too difficult, and don't worry if you feel you've done terribly--I thought I might have done poorly but was moved to phase 3. Phase 3 is typically an onsite interview, but during covid is has been a 5 hour online/zoom interview. This part was exhausting. There are multiple sections, one telling you about the company, one about the specific role, one where you work on a theoretical problem with other interviewees, one where you are asked questions individually, and one where you present on any topic. It was just tiring considering you have to sit in front of a laptop for that long, but I'm sure it's better in person.
