The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Epic in Dec 2010
Interview
Overall great follow up. Some quirky tests. Don't know exactly how they select their candidates combination of many factors including tests, phone interviews and personality assessments.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Oct 2010
Interview
I was contacted on Monster to apply for quality assurance in august. I applied. a week or so later they contacted me that they wanted to phone interview. I did a phone interview about a week and a half later. After the phone interview they wanted me to take a test. Since I live in Texas, they had someone from my career services at my University administer it to me. It was a pretty long test. They then told me about a week later that I got the interview. I then scheduled the interview in mid october. I went to eat with an employee and some candidates and then the next day had my day of interviews and presentations.

Question 1
If you were in a situation where you needed someones help but they were out of town what would you do?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Epic in Nov 2010
Interview
They basically were only interested in my test scores. They interviewed me, but that seemed to be an after-thought. Conversation? No thanks, I'll take this number and decide to either hire you, not hire you, or hire you but pay you 10k less. Also, the entire process was very creepy. Definitely felt like a cult - don't let anything look bad, big brother is watching.
