I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2012
Interview
I dropped my resume at the university career fair and the HR got back to me in about 1-2 weeks, asked me to do an online assessment test that lasted around 3-4 hours. The test consisted of 20 small questions on logic, 14 math questions, and 4 programming questions. Another week later I interviewed with one of their employees over the phone. The phone interview was very relaxing and non-technical. The interviewer asked me basic questions such as challenging projects, background information and SAT scores(for unknown reason).

Interview
Telephone screen mostly about behavior questions. Then written test about a new language and how to use it. Four programming questions, which can be found in careercup.com. Onsite is more like a tour. The only technical part is meeting a software engineer and discuss him about a recent project.

Interview
I applied online and received an email that said they will move forward with my application and they will primarily contact me via email. The email asked for my next few week's schedule for the assessment test. I sent them my schedule. Never received an email response back to confirm my appointment until three weeks later. This time the email apologized for the delay and asked for my next few week's schedule again. I sent them my schedule and guess what, never heard back from them again. Now, I received a phone call for the HR and told me that I have not responded to the assessment appointment request ... Yes, it was my fault that you contacted me via email and did not check your email.

Question 1
Not a hard question for me, but apparently it is hard for the HR to digest. The question is: "What is your schedule for the next few weeks?"
