Question 1
very nice over phone screening, expected questions
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Mar 2020
Interview
After a phone screening interview, they had several tests - some about comprehension speed, others on learning new OOP languages. After those tests, they had a brief informational session with information about Epic, benefits, etc. Then, they had an interview with someone who is currently in the role, to figure out if you're a good fit. Overall, much more technically oriented than personally oriented.

Question 1
How would you go about learning new skills that this position would require?
The phone interview lasted a little over 30 minutes. My interviewer was very friendly and relaxing, they mostly asked about why I applied to Epic and what I looked for in a career currently and in the future. I was asked to explain some positions/projects on my resume, so be prepared for that. After the phone interview comes a skills assessment, which I am currently awaiting for.
Overall, it was an informal interview so just be yourself and relax.
