Interview
Had me take basically an SAT test as part of the application process. For final interview there were almost no behavior questions, had to do a case study and give a presentation (which they told me about a week in advance)

Interview
It's the same process as any other role. You start with a phone screening, take the IQ/personality test, then a long session of back-to-back interviews. During the the interviews, your presentation really matters because they are looking for engaging public speakers. The topic of the presentation doesn't matter, the focus is on your presentation skills and ability to captivate an audience.

I asked at the end of the interview if there were any concerns about me as a candidate and was told there were none and a was a great fit and to expect a call from HR for the next step in a week. I got an email that I was not selected for the next round. After emailing and asking for feedback and clarification, I was told they do not offer feedback on the interview process
