Fairly standard interview. Most questions will have a right answer, and all others are wrong. They will ask you if you skip steps to save time, etc. Obviously in Sterile Processing quality is better than quantity so the answer here is clear. Most of the questions are like this. There are a lot of questions that will ask you about your experience with previous jobs and how it will relate to this job.
