Exact Software Engineer interview questions

1. Initial screening done by recruiter. 2. 30 minutes Objective test includes aptitude and c questions -very easy. 3. Hiring manager round - She has a ppt which is from 2013 (as in ppt title) and has pattern printing questions which are basic and talks in depth about internal process and how they work. Ultimate part is when you start talking technical or ask technical doubts about exact , she says she is not a technical person , but still takes the technical interview , another 3 hours wasted in that round. Overall easy interview , but they will not pay you even average salary and will try to bargain cheap , which is a first negative point. I proudly rejected the offer and wished them luck in finding cheap labour.

I applied through Linkedin and received call from HR. She interviewed me for 30 minutes and asked the reason to pursue career with Exact. Current Roles and responsibilities. After that she scheduled one skype round for technical discussion. After one week ,I had my skype round which lasted for 1.30 hrs . There were 2 people in panel and were very supportive and inquired first about my career so far, current project description, technicalities and asked me basic questions about C#. Overall interview with Exact was positive experience.
