It was over the phone, and I was asked a few questions about experience, academic grades, and achievements. What skills I would bring to the team were discussed, as well as the job requirements and what to expect in the future.

Interview
First there was a short 10-15 min phone interview involving basic questions to assess things like qualifications and fit for the role. Then, theres the technical assessment which was just a series of interviews to evaluate technical skills and fit for the role. The assessment was 2 behavioural interviews and 1 technical interview, all back to back.
