FIS Customer Service Representative interview questions

I had a typing test, grammer test, one on ones with a manager and then the hr round. This was around 5 years back for a non-voice process. Now, they may also have aptitude tests.

2-person panel supervisors each asked different questions, but didn't seem very organized, no tour of facility, or how different departments were organized for career growth. Overall, a positive exchange of questions and answers.
