I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FIS (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2013
Interview
Applied via FIS careers site. Got call from a HR asking my availability for telephonic screen. Got through the telephonic round and waiting to attend face to face interview. Questions were pretty simple.. mostly from algorithms and datastructures.. Collections... Vector Vs Linkedlist, Map, Set, etc. what is multithreading? polymorphism? design patterns? etc..

Question 1
most of the questions are based on the skill sets in resume.. I have 2 years of java experience, hence they asked me about springs, hibernate, etc. Also, be prepared to explain clearly about the projects you have listed on your resume.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FIS (Little Rock, AR) in Mar 2013
Interview
I applied online and heard back the next week from the Talent Acquisition Group to ask if I'd be able to relocate to Little Rock on my own. Once I'd confirm I would, I had a phone interview with the LR location director and department manager. After the interview I was told it would be about a month before I heard back, but the next week they called me and offered me the position.
I had to take a drug test and pass a background search, which wouldn't have been a problem except I lost my wallet and all my IDs the day before the drug test. They were really understanding and willing to help me work around the 48 hour window, but thankfully I got a new ID made (yay student IDs!) that day and didn't have to reschedule.
Overall it was a quick and easy interview process, and everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful.

Question 1
Asked me specific questions about my résumé and how I had heard about the position (apparently most applicants are from the local university while I'm from out of state).
