Interviewing for the DPM role at FIS was very straight-forward. First step was a phone screen with HR, it was a very pleasant call. Note: my phone screen wasn't scheduled, HR left a voicemail and I immediately called back. Make sure you look at your voicemail!
Next stage was the hiring manger call that lasted around 45 minutes. All of the questions related back to your resume, so make sure you can back it up with STAR examples and drive home the impact.
I didn't make it to the next round due to a change on the role, but overall, it was a good experience.
