an online application on workday, with few questions to answer directly. upload resume etc.
after the online application there is a phone screening, to casually chat. and then an email follow up from the recruiter.
I applied online. I interviewed at FIS (Jacksonville, FL) in Aug 2024
Interview
HR interview was good. 1st interview with hiring manager was good. I liked the hiring manager. I was ghosted by the HR rep for 2 weeks and after 2 follow ups the recruiter replied that I was to meet with the director.
I met with the director. Appreciated his transparency; however it didn't appear that the director and hiring manger were on the same page on what they were looking for in the position. The hiring manager was looking for someone for the future, the director was looking for someone with specific platform experience to put out a fire they had.
