I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at FIS (Madras) in Feb 2016
Interview
Well organised and they were on time. They were keen how we can situation and how we immediately react to that instead of being more technical. The technical questions were of medium complexity. But I was asked multiple scenario based questions.
The next round is managerial round. It is more of personal questions. They were keen on our tenure with FIS
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FIS (Milwaukee, WI) in Jun 2015
Interview
Sat with several techs and fielded questions about cobol, IMS and DB2. Then spoke with manager about the requirements and was asked the usual behavioral-based interview questions like how would you handle situations involving co-workers..etc
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FIS (Brown Deer, WI) in Feb 2018
Interview
Recruited from a networking event. Got to the interview, and it was unlike any interview I've attended. There were 2 senior developers, their supervisor/recruiter and one of the business analysts sitting in. Everyone was pretty friendly except one of the senior developers who made me feel extremely under qualified. I was very surprised to get a call back by the end of the week. It was very conservative overall.
