I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FIS (Aurora, CO) in Jan 2020
Interview
I don’t want to work for this company anymore based on my interview process. I talked with a very excited recruiter, 2 days later I was sent an email the position was filled, when I reached out I was told it wasn’t but they were moving my resume to a “new” job opening for the same job, a week later I was called by the hiring manager who clearly wasn’t interested in interviewing me, mostly talked about himself and the company. Never called or emailed back, I emailed the recruiter and was told they weren’t filling that position anymore but I would be considered when they were hiring again. Over a month of emails, interviews, testing and staying in contact with them and I see they have the job still open on ALL job boards.
The process took 4 days. I interviewed at FIS (New York, NY)
Interview
I submitted my resume and a recruiter set up some time to speak to me on the phone. She clearly never intended on moving forward with me for any particular position because she used the phone call to ask me several times if I had any referrals for the job I had applied for, and to keep checking the job board for other jobs. I thought this was highly unprofessional and a waste of my time.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at FIS (Londen, Engeland) in Feb 2014
Interview
Very nice and friendly with good pragmatic questions asked. A lot of focus on "describe your sales process" and such. Very little mumbo-jumbo questions and tests. It was a couple of interview with my new manager, his manager and the global head of sales. I also met the product head. Very nice and good interviews.
