Senior Java role: Initial screening – Recruiter or HR phone discussion about your experience and role fit. Online assessment / coding round – May include Java coding and technical MCQs. Technical interviews (1–2 rounds) – Deep dive into Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL, and system design. Managerial round – Discussion on project experience, problem-solving, leadership, and domain knowledge. HR round – Salary discussion and offer formalities.
