FareHarbor Engineering Manager interview questions

The whole process was very smooth and transparent. I was getting the responses from the recruiter in 1-2 days after each interview. Overall the interview structure is more or less similar to the majority of technological companies covering both system design and leadership skills. Totally the virtual "onsite" part consisted of 1 system design, 1 hiring manager, 1 leadership and 1 stakeholder management interviews. After each interview and the way people communicated and honestly answered the questions I was more and more confident in my desire to work here. There was also an interview in the office with the VPoE that made extremely good impressions and provided an ability to ask even more questions about the company.
