I applied online. I interviewed at FareHarbor (Denver, CO) in Oct 2020
Interview
I had my first interview with the lead recruiter over the phone. She asked me a few behavioral-based questions as well as got to know me personally a bit. I was contacted to set up my second interview the next day. This was a video interview with 3 of the managers for the team my position is a part of. While this seemed intimidating at first, I immediately felt comfortable and confident because my interviewers were so friendly, the right amount of casual, and seemed genuinely interested in who I am as a person. This interview was about 45 minutes long and I was offered the position the next morning.

Question 1
What does going the extra mile for clients mean to you?
Everything went pretty smoothly, they gave me all the informations I needed, detailled the recruiting process, gave me the salary for this position right away. I just wasn't interested in the position anymore.
I interviewed with three managers they were very friendly and open to answer any questions. Unfortunately the interview process has taken a while they seem to need a long time to make decisions.
