I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FareHarbor (Denver, CO) in Apr 2019
Interview
Send in application online, and later received an email from the recruiter with a link to complete a "work-related traits survey". I completed the survey and heard back from the recruiter on the same day to set up a phone screening call later in the week. Phone screening was standard, just a call with the recruiter to cover basic qualifications and interest.
The next step was a video chat with relevant management team (4 back to back, 20 minute conversations). Completed a work trial assignment - it was sent to me on a Thursday, and the request was to return it "as soon as possible"- I turned it in Sunday PM. The next Friday I had a 20-30min phone call with two leads in the department that the new role would be spending a lot of time with. Was called later that same day by the recruiter with the offer, I asked some questions that needed follow up and she got back to me within the same day.
While every interaction I had with the recruiter was a 5-star awesome experience (professional & friendly emails and phone calls), I will acknowledge that there was a bit of radio silence between interactions- for example, I never got confirmation that they received my work trial via email. Since my interactions with the recruiter were so positive, I wasn't worried that "the ball got dropped" and tried not to worry about it.
