FedEx Freight interview questions

Disappointing. Already decided on hire before interview. Company has to have a certain number of applicants before official offer. Decision affirmed several sources. Questions were pre-selected from a list, had the feel of just going through the motions.

Interview was basically behavioral questions and scenarios questions. Two of the current team members are in the interview asking the questions. It take almost two months to get an in person interview so be patient
