They scheduled a Zoom video with me and two other interviewers. The process was just one round as they seemed like they needed to fill this role as quickly as possible. They asked me rapid fire behavioral questions and asked me to keep my responses within 2 minutes. They literally did not ask me a single other question. I did not learn a single thing about this position and did not feel comfortable in the interview because they did not have warm conversation with me at all. Weird experience. felt rushed. I'm not really sure how they would be able to choose a candidate based off of this singular interview. I did a great job interviewing and was over qualified for the role and I did not receive an offer. The only positive was that I received the decision 2 days after the interview as opposed to months later.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx Freight (Seattle, WA) in May 2021
Interview
3 Rounds of interviews, no live coding. Mostly questions about APIs or "how would you design x?". Pretty easy overall and ended with a 3 person panel to discuss past projects.
