Forrester Customer Success Manager interview questions

The job description for this role stated $73k-$120k - quite the range. On my initial phone screen, the recruiter said it was a firm $73,000 with no flexibility. I'd be taking a step backwards even at $120k. Complete waste of a candidates time.

Following the telephone vetting. There were 3 different interviews. The final one being a presentation & q&a with the hiring Manager, colleagues from the team also there. HR contact was very helpful and easy to get hold of.
