Submitted the application online. The first phone screen is from HR asking the time of a remote program's test several days later. Followed by a more than 2 hours's skills test about the C/data struct/pointer. Finally a group interview by three interviewers and about one hour.

First talked to the recruiter, then a phone interview with a VP
