I did a number of online interviews and was then called in for a face to face panel interview in their Dublin office. They asked me to present an introduction about myself followed by a sales plan and account management plan.The interview lasted 1.5 hours and although not perfect (when is it ever), I thought I did a good job. I was then told they would get back to me by the end of the following week but never heard back. I followed up a number of times with the hiring manager and was just told (after a number of waits) they were still going through the hiring process. Another time I was told they would let me know but again never heard back. Eventually, after about a month post interview,I just gave up chasing it and secured another job. My experience was quite negative, it seems they just can't give you a yes/no answer. I put a lot of time and effort into the process but they simply did not come back to me. As a result for any potential interviewee, I would exercise caution in this regard.
