Easy interview, just over the internet. Asked questions in star format. A couple days later received an email with an offer letter. The entire process was pretty informal, and the training was more based on how quick you can get done rather than making sure you understand everything. Day one of real work was really when I felt like I was learning.

Was nothing tough at all, questions on yourself, your abilities and how they will work with customer service, how you will treat angry customers, role play(i was the customer service rep and interviewer was the customer) and she pretended to be an angry customer whose package hadn't arrived yet while i tried to assist

Video interview where we need to record our answers and then submit. We get three chances to record one answer so quite easy to correct mistakes. It was for a remote customer service representative job.
