Simple, but there wasn't any human interaction. Some would prefer this type of interview. Kinda expected to talk with at least one HR individual before getting an offer and hired lol.

It's a situational questions, it's more on critical thingking skills and your reasoning how well you manage particularly handling clients. You'll be given a 30 seconds thingking time and a minute to answer, but maybe depending on the interviewer, the HR perhaps.
