Foundever Customer Service Representative interview questions

Fairly straightforward. At first you are group interviewed. Then they take you to a separate room for one on one interview. It literally can last as long as you want it to. The person before me was maybe 8 minutes? My interview was nearly 30 minutes because I had quite a bit of followup questions.
