Interview
The interview process took a couple of days.
-One week after I submitted my resume, I was contacted by a Sitel recruiter who explained the job offer thoroughly and told me they would send me some assessements to complete online.
-One of the tests required to answers 4 emails as you were the CSR, then a profile assessement which included some logic and math, and an English test (position was for an Italian speaking representative).
-I was contacted the day after to schedule a phone call with another recruiter for a role play in which he pretended to be a customer and I had to help him with his issues. This is more about testing your communication skills, your manners and your attitude towards the customers.
-I had a final skype interview with a team manager to discuss my experience, my motivations and my preparation.

It Was An Easy Interview Process And Simple Questions Were Asked. It was mostly Asking About How Would I Handle Certain Situations When It Comes To Difficult Members Or Members Who Were Just Involved In An Accident.

Interview
Complete application on Sitels computer. Answered questions previously prepared on web site. These were basic questions as in your reaction to how you would handle a variety of circumstances and issues that may arise when dealing with a variety of customers. Then took a typing test to show that I could type a minimum of 40cwpm.
