Foundever Customer Service Representative interview questions

Was confused at first on where to go and how to get into the building, till I asked someone to buzz me in. Security notified HR and they came and got me. Walked through the call center and got a feel on how the job would be. Waiting for about 5 min for my interviewer. Very professional. Was really nervous but they listen and explain everything very well.

Interview was rushed to get the most new hires. Kinda heaarded like cows through the interview process and the training. Thown out onto the customer service floor without much help as far as supervision and help.
