The interview process is very much like any other call center. You apply online and they will call you soon after. You will have a phone interview. I had both a phone and video interview. It was not difficult.

Tell us about your previous customer service experience
It seems like they have... quite a bit of experience, or at least they know the people they want to hire. They make you upload some documents through a webform and after that, do some assessments. I selected a role that didn't have sales in the title, but they did ask me to do a sales assessment activity.
It's all done through a PC, you'll need a webcam. It's not very hard.

Typing (words per minute), what would you do in specific situations, a personality test with a Likert scale, "fill in the blank" English assessment, a speak for 1.5 minutes AI assessment

Interview
I’ve applied through a referral. The initial contact was a phone call where they asked to me introduce myself in English. They’ve organized an interview after that and I was invited. After that was a test task to respond to a few emails for customers.
Once you apply and your resume meets the requirements, then they give you an invitation. Most time, they might change the resumption date. Once they have a company to service, then they book you for training. If you are able to get through training, then you start the shift.
