I applied online, via Linkedin. Then I got a phone call where the project was presented to me and the conditions offered.
We then scheduled an interview via Teams with 4 different people: the HR that had called me (the recruiter, who worked in Lisbon), the HR Manager, and 2 HR Coordinators (from Porto, the office I was applying to).
After a brief introduction about the company, HR department's structure, and the job position, I was asked 3 sets of questions (I'll share below).
A part of the interview was conducted in English, as we would be using both Portuguese and English on the job.
In the end, they said they would give feedback within a week and the next interview would be at the office, in Porto.
