You do a computer test to see if your computer is compatible. If not pass the computer compatible; you do not get the job. If it does pass you get an interview. Afterward if passed, they email you another application to fill out. when you are finished filling out they went through another interview online with the same questions.

It is very interesting process. Simple interview rounds. Sitel mainly focused on communication skills and confidence. I understood they hire people who have good communication skills. The interview process was very easy they take your interview in 3 rounds one is telephonic round second is hr round and third is Operational round.
