Foundever Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Very basic personality based questions. They also ask about previous employment and review open availability. There were questions about how to turn on a computer not that it really a matters.

I applied online and completed the assessment. Two days later I received a phone call scheduling an interview. I went to the interview and first had to take a typing assessment where they saw how many words you could type per minute. When it was time for the actual interview process I was asked some fairly simple questions. Took a quiz on computer terms. And was then asked to pitch a sell to the interviewer. I was then offered a contingent position the same day and had to complete my drug screen the same day.
