Foundever Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Quick simple phone interview. Interviewer was pleasant to speak with although she did seem a bit rushed. Made sure I knew basic computer skills, copy, paste, looking up websites. She also had me look up youtube videos and watch them while on the phone with her and answer basic questions about the videos details. Again it was all very straight forward and simple. Make sure you are confident with phone communication and verbal usage.

I applied online for Customer Service Representative. They called me the same day to schedule the interview for the next day. I came the next day and got welcomed by a really nice lady who explained me more about the job offer and gave me two tests to solve. One test was about English grammar and how well you understand text. Other was more tech based with questions about MAC address, IP, etc. After I left she called me and said to come back the next day to have another interview with operation manager. Interview with operation manager was in a group with eight people, we all had to tell little about ourselfs and our experiences. They answered all our questions we had about the job and told us that they will let us know in the afternoon who will go on the two week training.
