Foundever Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Applied online. Then had a phone call with a few competency based questions and then attended an interview on site. Before the interview I sat down with an employee and listened into calls and the interviewer then questioned me on this experience.Had a 20 minute written grammar test followed by a competency based interview lasting about 20 minutes.
