Foundever Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

There's an event when I applied for the job that's why I think that's the reason I didn't get the job. There are so many applicants there that time. I didn't really fail the interview. It is my first job interview and I didn't have any experience in job at all so they sent me to Sitel Academy to enhance my skills. After a week or two of training, we will try again with the interviews.

Applied online, after doing the assingment, the website let me picked a date. I did it on the weekend so the next available was by monday. Even the website let you choose how much you want to earn, when they call you they say the pay is 9 per hour, no negotiable. So, I declined
