Foundever Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview process was very fast. It is a one day process from initial to final interview which saves time and it was done at the comfort of our home.

The applicant takes the tests to measure speaking, reading and listening abilities. Depending on the job role, the applicant may also take the typing test or grammar test. If applicant passess these tests, then the next step is the initial interview, and eventually the final interview. Emails are always sent to the applicant for instructions on the next step of the application (please correct if I made mistakes).
