Foundever Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

3 rounds totally 1- online test for comms check 2- communication testing interview 3-Technical round with manager It is pretty simple to crack if you have basic knowledge about computers and troubleshooting. Even if you don't have technical knowledge but you got good communication skills in english that is good enough for this role.

It was a completely virtual interview. I did not speak with anyone directly. I had to answer 15-20 questions, some multiple choice. Had to video record prompts about my previous work experience.
