Foundever Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

First contact was a call by phone that went okay it wasn10 minutes call. We scheduled google meet call where thay introduced me to foundever company what thay doing, what thay paying for me etc, than thay say its okay we just need to make visa and thay go quite quickly after that... Thay didn't reach back with informations and nothing.

I can say it was quite positive overall. I was well-prepared and felt confident discussing my relevant experiences and skills. The interview consisted of a mix of behavioral questions, technical assessments, and situational scenarios. I particularly enjoyed delving into the details of a recent project I worked on, where I was able to showcase my problem-solving skills and teamwork. The interviewers were thorough and asked insightful questions, which allowed me to elaborate on my experiences and provide concrete examples. We also discussed the company culture, and I appreciated learning more about the team dynamics and the company's values.
