You take tests to confirm your level of English, then you have approximately two interviews in which they ask you about yourself, your experiences, how you learned English, why you want to work there, and then they offer you a campaign if everything goes well. Finally, you have an interview with someone from the company, in which they may ask you to do role-plays and describe past situations and how you resolved them. If everything goes well, in a few days they will tell you that you have been selected.
