Foundever Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

It was a very comfortable interview. 3 sections to it. Multiple choice, written and games. I love Sykes now known as Foundever. They gave you scenarios and you had to decide the proper way to handle the situation to retain customer and make them happy.

Interview process took a bit longer than expected, but was fairly easy experience. Start to finish it took about an hour and a half, from the time of logging into the Adobe room and accepting a written offer.
