Foundever Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview process was on Zoom, It was very detailed and lasted for about 40 minutes. The questions given meant for me to give a detailed description of past work experience.

First is take the assessment . It is about 45 to 1 hour time to complete. It was a bit hard but multiple choice so yeah. You will need to pass the assessment so you are accepted to next process. Screening asks about your education and location. Sees if you pass harver test. If you pass then next is initial interview. It was easy and approachable interviewer. Easy questions more about experiences. Elaborate on work experiences and willingness to work on site. Does not accept students. After that is final interview.
