Interview
First I was reached out by a recruiter that presented me an offer, we have a nice conversation, passed that stage and scheduled a meeting with the manager of the position. At the day and time of the interview with the manager of the position, the manager was complete unprepared, unempathic and constantly distracted. I felt straight away that was there just to be a number to the recruiter and not actually to be considered to the position.
