Foundever Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Simple interview process. Friendly staff that complete interviews over the phone. They are very accommodating of your needs however interviews are not pre scheduled. You can ask to reschedule if the time is not convenient.

The process was in three different stages, the first is a quick call by an HR representation followed by an online exam/English proficiency test. The final stage is a role play call by a manager. If you are able to scale through these stages you are sure to get the job.
