Foundever Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

It was a very long process however easy, you start with an interview then a computer test, then a grammar test and then 2 last interviews overall it takes too much but the questions are easy if you have previous call center experience

Done remotely through an app. It involved answering a series of different prompts. Answers were video recorded. There were several attempts and you could upload when you were done recording each answer.
