Interview
First they call you for a phone interview then ask you to visit their company to answer a technical exam. They will give you the topics for the exam so you will have time to review. The exam will be answered through paper. After answering the exam, you will have a face to face interview with a senior developer and explain your exam answers. I would really recommend this job to fresh graduates like me because even if you don't get accepted you will gain some knowledge from the entire application process.
